1. Reservations

Reservations may be made directly via our website, email, phone, or through third-party platforms.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From 15:00

Check-out: Until 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

3. Self Check-In

Access instructions and key box codes are provided digitally prior to arrival.

Guests are responsible for keeping access codes confidential.

4. Guest Registration

In compliance with Greek law, guests must provide valid identification (passport or ID) during the online check-in process.

Failure to provide required identification may result in cancellation.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed:

  • Directly via bank transfer or secure payment link
  • Via third-party booking platforms

We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate and booking channel.

Specific cancellation conditions will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

7. Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

The property reserves the right to charge for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Noa Luxury Suites is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

8. House Rules

  • Quiet hours must be respected.
  • No parties or events without prior approval.
  • Smoking inside the suites is strictly prohibited.
  • Pool usage is at guests’ own risk.

9. Use of Facilities

Guests use all facilities (including pools and rooftop areas) at their own responsibility.

Children must be supervised at all times.

10. Force Majeure

Noa Luxury Suites shall not be liable for events beyond its control (natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, etc.).

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law.
