Reservations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reservations may be made directly via our website, email, phone, or through third-party platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Check-In &amp; Check-Out<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Check-in: From 15:00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check-out: Until 11:00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Self Check-In<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Access instructions and key box codes are provided digitally prior to arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guests are responsible for keeping access codes confidential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Guest Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In compliance with Greek law, guests must provide valid identification (passport or ID) during the online check-in process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Failure to provide required identification may result in cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Payments may be processed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Directly via bank transfer or secure payment link<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Via third-party booking platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not store full credit card information on our servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate and booking channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specific cancellation conditions will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Damages &amp; Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The property reserves the right to charge for damages beyond normal wear and tear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noa Luxury Suites is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. House Rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quiet hours must be respected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No parties or events without prior approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smoking inside the suites is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pool usage is at guests\u2019 own risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Full house rules are available via the Guest Hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Use of Facilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Guests use all facilities (including pools and rooftop areas) at their own responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Children must be supervised at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Noa Luxury Suites shall not be liable for events beyond its control (natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.
